Founded in 2026 in Waukesha, Wisconsin, Early Bird is a video production company built around one simple idea: real people doing meaningful work are worth paying attention to.

With a background in commercial production, documentary filmmaking, and educational media, we became increasingly interested in what happens before the product launch, the grand opening, or the finished project. The quiet moments. The repetition. The craft. The reasons people keep showing up long after the cameras are gone.
